  • 專業涵蓋零售、著重在中小型企業的特許經營，擁有超過 20 年於零售服務和特許經營的管理經驗。
  • 曾在「富比世百大企業」擔任高階副總經理。對一個產品所需之開發、行銷、人員訓練、零售管理等的經驗相當豐富。
  • 曾代表美國西密西根大學角逐「學生成就傑出教師獎」，學術備受盛譽。

Prof. Kelley O’Reilly, one of the best marketing professors at Western Michigan University’s Haworth College of Business, who has:

  • Served as a senior deputy general manager in “Forbes Top 100 Companies”.
  • More than 20 years of management experience in retail services and franchising.
  • Rich experience in development, marketing, personnel training, retail management, etc. required for a product.
  • “Outstanding Teacher Award for Student Achievement”.

 

In the class, she will share her management experience in retail, small and medium-sized enterprises, and franchising, using role-playing, situational simulation, and other methods to introduce actual cases in the workplace.

 

Furthermore, this course is also designed to develop the competencies you already have and refine the presentation skills you need to take to the next level with the professor by activities.
